Ive doubled up 12 ga many times for sub wiring.. even 14 ga for speaker wiring. Its OFC and it should do great and save you some money since you have it on hand. And quite honestly it will look pretty clean.

I would get some caulk/ Silicone and seal every crack and crevice and screw splits inside and outside. Everywhere

As long as you sealed the inside and outside of the enclosures cracks and crevices. It will be solid and should never leak or try to push apart/flex due to sub air pressure. Silicone is cheap, and ax extra measure to utilize to make certain that that enclosure stays sealed done correctly

Dammned good speakers. Just pass up the CL series,and you will be pleased with CDT speakers. I still enjoy all mine. Polk MM series and Infinity Kappas are still some great speakers on the market that perform well. be sure to keep an eye out on the Monthly Sales that CDT has.

Looks great man!! Its a little work, but well worth the money and time spent for these GP Enclosures. I think you will be very happy with it. It should last you a very long time. I would highly recommend that you get a tube of silicone/Caulking and fill everyone of the cracks inside and outside...

Thats a very nice amp. Deff run it in 3 ch mode. I have been doing that for years.. even Mixed /Mono mode

Deff need to lnow what subs.. Make and Model# would help quite a bit. What amplifier will you be using?

I would also recommend taking a look at JVC/Kenwood units as well for the money. I like all mine.

I do not remember that HU at all. I do remember that Crime Stopper had features like those but not controlling the HU? Clifford alarm system would lock doors and roll up windows back then and I believe it may have been Prestige? Alpine was nice and expensive back then for Alarms too.But never...
