FI SSd recommended is 1.8-2.5 cuft. Whats the difference?

your sub will never see anything around 1k rms steadily, so go with 2.5 and gain some efficiency back for that loss of power due to voltage drop, and impedance rise

I almost never go with the smaller recommended spec if giving a sub its rms rating
