Wiring Voice Coils Separately?

Both terminals on your monoblock go to the same channel. You can either wire it to the amp using two sets of wires for the voice coils, or connect the wires together closer to the subs. Just depends on preference, if you're short on wire, if the wire's too small, factors like that.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
